1.- WHAT IS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR?
In the simplest of terms, a general contractor is in charge of everything, keeping your project on schedule and on budget, and working with you for the entire length of your building design and building construction project. The general contractor handles construction management duties, including procurement of necessary materials, hiring of subcontractors for specific building construction duties, communication with vendors and trades, monitoring schedule and budgetary concerns, and overall supervision of the construction site.

We do offer financing, we defere your project in 3 pays.

6.- WHAT IF I NEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU WHILE MY PROJECT IS IN PROGRESS?
Our customer service team maintain constant communication, we assign to your project a success manager to give up dates about your project.
7.-HOW FAR YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK?
We service all San Francisco bay area and southern California : within a 3-mile radius.
8.-WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT?
We will work with you to meet your specific needs and also offer financing. Some states do not allow a contractor to get paid a deposit of more than 1/3 of the contract price unless it’s a special order item. Generally, special order items are required to be paid in full when ordering which is what our distributors make us do.
9.-HOW LONG TAKES YOU QUOTE PROCESS?
Our estimates are as fast as a call, a formal quote can be delivered to you in less than 3 days.
All Quotes are made by professionals architects.
10.-HOW LONG IS AN ESTIMATE GOOD FOR?
Generally we hold prices for 30 days. When the markets are volatile, sometimes we can only hold prices for a week.
